How to play Connections

Connections begins with sixteen words and a deceptively simple goal: place them into four groups of four. Each group shares a precise connection. Start with the obvious relationships, but stay alert for an enticing false set; a word can seem to fit in more than one place.

Read one clue at a time when you are stuck. We keep the answers behind an optional reveal so you can decide exactly how much help you want.
